      2012年本科畢業于西安交通大學(xué),2017年在中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位,現任中科院甯波材料技術與工程研究所高級工程師,碩士生導師。長(cháng)期從事(shì)高性能(néng)钕鐵硼永磁材料關鍵制備技術研究,重點開(kāi)展無/低重稀土高矯頑力钕鐵硼磁體及高豐度稀土永磁材料産業化技術研發(fā)工作。作爲項目骨幹參與國(guó)家重點研發(fā)計劃、甯波市重大攻關項目、内蒙古科技重大專項等國(guó)家和地方重大科研項目,近年來主持甯波市“科技創新2025”重大專項、浙江省基礎公益研究計劃項目、甯波市自然科學(xué)基金及多項企業委托研發(fā)項目,相關技術成(chéng)果在企業完成(chéng)轉移轉化。在Acta. Mater.,Scripta Mater.,J. Alloys Compd.,Materials & Design等專業領域期刊上發(fā)表論文20餘篇,申請國(guó)家發(fā)明專利12項,多次參與國(guó)際學(xué)術會議并做報告。獲得浙江省科學(xué)技術進(jìn)步獎三等獎、甯波市科技進(jìn)步一等獎和稀土科學(xué)技術獎一等獎等多項獎勵。
