中科院甯波材料所“春蕾人才”副研究員,碩士生導師
入選中科院人才計劃,浙江省傑出青年基金,甯波市領軍人才,甯波市甬江引才工程創新個人等。 2017年博士畢業于荷蘭埃因霍芬理工大學(xué)(TU/e)醫學(xué)影像分析方向(xiàng),之後(hòu)分别在埃因霍芬理工大學(xué)和美國(guó)南加州大學(xué)(USC)Keck醫學(xué)院神經(jīng)影像學(xué)與信息學(xué)研究所(LONI)從事(shì)博士後(hòu)研究工作,現就職于中科院甯波材料所-慈溪生物醫學(xué)工程研究所(NIMTE)。主要從事(shì)醫學(xué)圖像分析,計算機輔助診斷和人工智能(néng)方向(xiàng)的研究工作,掌握了醫學(xué)圖像處理領域和人工智能(néng)領域内的主流分析理論和應用方法,主要針對(duì)眼科和大腦影像,尤其是微血管影像開(kāi)展前沿技術開(kāi)發(fā)和臨床問題研究。近五年來共發(fā)表論文70餘篇,以第一/通訊作者在領域内權威期刊《IEEE Trans. Med. Img.》、《IEEE Trans. Img. Process.》、《IEEE. Trans. Biomed. Eng.》等發(fā)表論文近30篇,曾獲荷蘭科學(xué)技術基金會NWO和IBM“最佳研究獎一等獎”。現擔任國(guó)際期刊《Medical Physics》、《BMJ Open Ophthalmology》編委及《IEEE J Biomed Health Inform》等多個國(guó)際期刊客座編委,并任多個計算機視覺和醫學(xué)圖像處理國(guó)際會議如ICCCV(2022)程序主席,以及AAAI(2021)、ICCV-CVPM、CVPR-CVPM 、 MICCAI-OMIA 和 VSIP(2022)程序委員會委員,并擔任國(guó)際期刊IEEE-TMI、IEEE-TIP、IEEE-TBME、MEDIA等20多個國(guó)際權威期刊和會議的同行評審,多次被(bèi)評爲IEEE-TMI傑出審稿人。承擔參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面(miàn)上項目和青年項目、中科院引才項目、浙江省自然科學(xué)基金傑出青年項目、重點項目和甯波市等多個項目。

I am currently an associate professor of the Group of Intelligent Medical Imaging (iMED) at Institute of Biomedical Engineering, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). I have obtained my PhD degree from the IMAG/e group at Eindoven University of Technology (TU/e), Eindhoven, the Netherlands in 2017. Afterwards, I worked as a postdoctoral research associate at TU/e. From 2018 I moved to the US and continued my postdoctoral research at Laboratory of NeuroImaging (LONI) at Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, USA. My research interests include AI-based ophthalmic image processing, ophthalmic microvascular and cerebrovascular analysis, shape analysis, and neuroimage analysis. In the last few years, I have published over 70 papers in leading medical imaging journals and conferences, including IEEE TMI, IEEE TIP, MedIA, IEEE TBME, PR, MICCAI and ISBI.I have been actively involved in many academic services including the associate editor of 《Medical Physics》 and 《BMJ Open Ophthalmology》, as well as the guest editorial of 《IEEE J Biomed Health Inform》,and the Publicity Chair of ICCCV (2022), Program Committee of AAAI (2022), CVPR workshop CVPM (2019-2023), ICCV workshop CVPM (2019) , MICCAI workshop OMIA (2017-current), VSIP (2021) and etc.
