研究方向(xiàng):

1. 鈣钛礦氧化物薄膜材料的生長(cháng)與集成(chéng); 2. 氧化物基有機自旋電子學(xué)器件的研究。

2009.09~2014.06:山東大學(xué),學(xué)士。

主要從事(shì)稀土基有機自旋電子學(xué)器件、強關聯電子體系界面(miàn)量子态調控工作。已在JACS、ACS Nano等國(guó)際知名學(xué)術期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文14篇。
